On September 19, 2022, as part of the 17th year of the autumn fruit and vegetable exhibition AUTUMN CELEBRATION with the subtitle Return to the Pumpkin Yard, in Krakovany, we participated in the program “Wetlands – renewal of life“, prepared for children from the Mikroregion nad Holeškou, where SVP presented two new projects supported by Norwegian grants.

The children listened to a lecture about what animals live in wetlands and what plants grow around wetlands, and they also learned what wetlands actually are. Due to the cold weather, the “hardier children” painted nice coloring pages of animals and plants.

Selected schools and kindergartens within the project no. ACC04P05 Improvement of the condition of the wetland of the NPR Klátovské rameno in the SKUEV0075 territory, they also participated in creative workshops in which they made wetland animals and plants from household waste. Mrs. Adriana Faiglová, also from SVP, helped us with the creative workshops.
