As part of our project, we organised the trimming of the head willows. The willows are traditionally pruned every spring but this has been forgotten and not done for a long time and the willows have grown from head to tall trees. Within the project we tried to correct this situation and after the approval of the State Nature Conservancy in Dunajská Streda and with their participation we tried to continue this old tradition. We managed to trim 8 exceptionally large but above all old trees.
